New Support Arch

ImageIn my last post I showed how the timing belt sat on top of the support arch, which worked better than my original plan of trying to but it inside the arch. The problem was that the sharp corners at the bottom of the arch made it very difficult for the timing belt to turn. The teeth of the timing belt were getting caught at those corners even though I sanded them down. This design allows the timing belt to run much smoother as the corners are almost non-existent.
